COYOTES SKILLS ACADEMY
CSA is skill-based training held during the fall specifically dedicated to fostering deeper individual skill and position development.
CSA is included for all Coyotes tournament players and Lil' Yotes. New players can register to get a feel for our program and/or to be evaluated for placement on one of our teams.
Fall 2026 session
2nd-5th Grade: Teamworks Northborough - 6:00-7:00pm
Sept. 11 & Sept. 18
6th-8th Grade: Schedule TBA
9th-12th Grade: Schedule TBA
What’s different
CSA is focused on the individual player and not the team. This is a deeper dive on individual skills, positional understanding and Lax IQ.
CSA is specialized skill based training to take players’ individual games to the next level.
Why this matters
Lacrosse at its core is a game of match-ups and trying to exploit those match-ups; for example the best offenses have 6 guys that can dodge, create and finish. To exploit match-ups, on either side of the ball you need to have the IQ, skills and techniques.
We will focus on proper technique and how to execute with speed and consistency.
